EARN A FREE EVENT REGISTRATION! We just need a few brave souls who would like to join us for the operational set-up of the event in the hours leading up to the event. Great for those wanting to learn more about the 'behind the scenes' elements to an event day. After the completion of set-up, you can participate in the event for FREE!!!

Course Management

1. Stand along various points on course, encouraging participants on, directional help as needed

Water Stop (1.5 Mile Mark)

December 3, 2022


Water Stop Management at the 1.5 mile mark (halfway point) includes:

1. Handing off filled water cups to registered participants

2. Restocking the water stop as needed with more cups, water and ice


Water Stop at the 1.5 mile mark (halfway point) along Park Row Drive

Post-Race Food / Run Medal Distribution

Post-Race Food Distribution Includes:

1. Re-stocking food and drinks for event participants, handing out items as needed

2. Distributing 5K Run Medals to Finishers

Post-Race Cleanup

Cleaning up the race area / course after the conclusion of the event
